Dr. Michelle Clay, DO, CHHC, is a physician, Certified Holistic Health Counselor, and Clinical Nutritionist dedicated to empowering individuals to live vibrant, healthy lives. As a board member of the Heath Health Foundation for Education and Research, she contributes her expertise in wellness, preventive care, and community health to support the foundation’s mission of advancing healthcare education and access.

Dr. Clay is the founder of FREEALITEA, where she integrates conventional medicine with natural healing to provide transformational wellness tools. Her work includes developing premium herbal teas and a menopause management program tailored to women experiencing hormonal changes, offering treatments and therapies customized to their symptoms.
