Culturally Conscious Dermatology™ is an initiative designed to  equip clinicians with education and tools needed to foster culturally sensitive care. Empowering learners, both novice and experienced, this initiative enhances the overall approach to diagnosis and treatment, thus elevating the dermatological experience for communities overall. 

Through education and patient-centered advocacy, the Heath Health Foundation for Education and Research endeavors to ensure all patients receive the informed, compassionate care they deserve. The Culturally Conscious Dermatology™ Program’s Educational Hair Video tool, is being utilized to transform how clinicians approach hair and scalp health in those with tightly-coiled hair.
