Dr. Mia T. Cowan, MD, MBA, MA, affectionately known as “Dr. Mia,” is a renowned board-certified gynecologist, author, and national speaker dedicated to bridging gaps in women’s healthcare and empowering diverse communities through education and research. She is a Board Member of the Heath Health Foundation for Education and Research, where she plays a key role in shaping initiatives that expand healthcare education, enhance patient experiences, and support community-driven programs.

Dr. Mia is the Founder and Medical Director of MiBella Wellness Center, where she provides innovative care focused on empowering individuals to take control of their health. With over 15 years of clinical experience, she has helped patients improve their quality of life by addressing concerns such as weight management, fatigue, and hormonal balance.

As an author and national speaker, she has been instrumental in increasing awareness about women’s health, advocating for better healthcare access, and developing innovative solutions that empower individuals and communities. She is also the host of the Ageless Vitality podcast, where she shares expert insights on wellness, longevity, and health optimization.
