Antoine Cruel, Secretary-Treasurer, and Founding Board Member of the Heath Health Foundation for Education and Research, is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting.

As Secretary-Treasurer, Antoine plays a pivotal role in overseeing the foundation's financial health and sustainability. He ensures that the foundation has the resources needed to deliver impactful programs.

Antoine has extensive financial expertise, developed through leadership roles at globally recognized institutions such as BNY Mellon and State Street Bank. His experience allows him to optimize financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational growth for the foundation.

He served as a board member of the Community Education Center (CEC), a nonprofit located in West Philadelphia focused on fostering creativity and education. He also contributed as a committee member and volunteer for one of CEC’s flagship programs, The Producers Guild Youth Music and Arts Programs. In this role, he played a key part in supporting educational initiatives that empower young people.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Antoine’s zest for building, multi-generational community connections was inspired by watching his grandfather’s lifelong dedication to service others. His commitment to patient-centered care deepened through his role as a proud father of three daughters.

Antoine shares this vision with his wife and co-founder, Dr. Heath, and is dedicated to building a legacy of collaboration, trust, and empowerment within the communities they serve.
